We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing initiatives and help us continue building a strong and connected wellness community. Job Overview The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, content coordination, influencer communication, social media organization, and overall brand initiatives across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and social media trends. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to help bring campaigns, launches, events, and content ideas to life. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, and brand initiatives Assist in managing the monthly social media calendar and content organization Coordinate with designers, content creators, influencers, and external vendors Support influencer and UGC communication, follow-ups, and campaign coordination Help organize product launches, wellness activations, and events Upload and organize website content through Shopify or WordPress Assist with email marketing campaigns and marketing asset organization Help monitor content performance and engagement across social platforms Stay updated on wellness, lifestyle, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints Qualifications Experience in marketing, social media, content coordination, or related fields Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms Basic understanding of content creation and digital marketing Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once Interest in wellness, lifestyle, and health-focused brands is highly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join Simply Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing wellness brand Creative and collaborative work environment Be part of meaningful wellness-focused projects and campaigns Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the brand

Pay:

$50,100.05 - $60,335.55 per year
