Job Description

Acura of Melbourne is a growing automotive dealership seeking one full time employee. The position of BDC will require excellent phone and customer service skills. This position will entail making up to 100 cold calls daily. If you do not want to call customers to schedule appointments please do not apply. This job will entail making phone calls, not text, not emails lots and lots of phone calls. We are looking for someone who is comfortable going down a list and calling everyone on that list. Duties will include, but not limited to, contacting all potential clients and following up for scheduling of appointments. answering and directing phone calls to the proper department/person, filing and scanning documents, personally directing customers to proper location, receipting monies and help maintaining great customer and employee satisfaction.
