Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence across our hotel, restaurants, and lifestyle experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining strong brand consistency across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions aligned with the brand identity Capture on-property content regularly to showcase guest experiences, dining, lifestyle offerings, and promotions Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars across all digital platforms Support digital marketing initiatives including Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing campaigns, and online promotions Manage and optimize online presence across OpenTable, Expedia, Booking.com, and other hospitality platforms Monitor social media trends, analytics, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, reviews, and online inquiries Coordinate with internal departments to promote offers, experiences, activations, and special promotions Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials Assist with SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and conversions Create marketing collateral including menus, flyers, promotional graphics, and branded materials Help identify new partnerships, collaborations, and revenue-generating opportunities Support group bookings, private events, and promotional initiatives alongside the sales team Qualifications Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or hospitality marketing preferred Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and current digital trends Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools Photography and videography skills preferred Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, nightlife, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
