Coordinate, manage, and support all aspects of marketing events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. Utilize creative software platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools to produce marketing materials. Create, edit, and produce video content for digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Develop, publish, and manage podcast content, including production coordination and distribution. Create and maintain blog and vlog content that supports organizational marketing objectives and thought leadership initiatives. Develop and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing strategies. Design, produce, and coordinate printing of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Build professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and enforce corporate brand standards across all marketing channels and communications. Demonstrate an understanding of healthcare industry business models, market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies. Operate as a self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Regularly evaluate marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements, updates, and optimization. Analyze marketing metrics, market trends, and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans. Contribute to the creation and implementation of integrated omni-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. Manage marketing initiatives across multiple brands while maintaining consistent messaging and brand integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to execute marketing programs and achieve organizational goals. Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree preferred or at least one to two years in the marketing field. Excellent knowledge of marketing strategies and implementation. Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare clients. Excellent organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and targets. Ability to understand and analyze market data. Well organized and detail oriented.
