ABOUT THE ROLE
As Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the creative engine behind America First Healthcare's brand presence — both internally and externally. You will work directly under our Marketing Director, Jaime, to ensure our agents are professionally branded, our company is well-represented across all digital platforms, and our community relationships continue to grow. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and central to the daily operations of our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
Agent Branding & Onboarding Materials- Design and produce professional business cards for all agents
- Create and maintain email signatures for new agents during onboarding
- Build and update agent producer pages to reflect current and accurate information Internal Design & Presentations
- Design and maintain meeting slideshows and sales dashboards
- Create visual materials for internal company updates, announcements, and presentations
- Ensure all internal branded materials are consistent, professional, and up to date Social Media Management
- Manage and grow AFHC's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with company values and brand voice
- Manage and grow the Instagram broadcast channel
- Monitor and respond to all Facebook DMs, comments, and healthcare-related reviews in a timely and professional manner Community Outreach & Local Marketing
- Represent and promote America First Healthcare at local community events and outreach efforts
- Identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness in the greater Orlando area
- Support the marketing team in developing campaigns that connect with local audiences
