Marketing and Sales Coordinator Location:
Pensacola / Gulf Breeze / Milton, FL (Hybrid/On-site)
Role Type:
Part-Time (with Full-Time trajectory)
Rate of Pay :
$16-20/hr. plus bonus/commissions (Depending on Experience)
Role Overview:
As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator , you will be the engine behind our growth strategy. You are responsible for bridging the gap between our high-end production capabilities and our customers' needs. You will manage digital sales tools, create educational content, and ensure our top accounts (like local colleges and medical groups) experience the "Easy Button" of promotional marketing.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Digital Sales Enablement:
Deploy and track engagement for digital tools to identify leads for the sales team.
Educational Content Creation:
Produce "Behind the Stitch" social media content and one-sheets that teach customers about premium decoration techniques like 3D Puff, leather patches, and performance-fabric stabilizers.
Account Coordination:
Act as a secondary point of contact for key recruitment and corporate accounts to ensure order accuracy and "Retail-Ready" quality.
Marketing Logistics:
Organize and distribute sample kits and educational materials to prospects at local universities and trade shows.
Brand Integrity:
Ensure all marketing outreach aligns with the "Impact Excellence" standard, maintaining consistent messaging across all three business units. Measurable Outcomes (The "Scorecard"):
Lead Generation:
Maintain a specific volume of weekly digital clicks and "Request for Quote" submissions through trackable email campaigns.
Content Consistency:
Execute a minimum of 3 high-quality social media posts per week focused on "Decoration Specialization" and "Value-Added Services".
Order Efficiency:
Achieve a "Zero-Error" rate on initial order submissions by educating customers on proper artwork formats and decoration limitations.
Client Engagement:
Secure a set number of face-to-face sample kit deliveries or "Discovery Calls" with shared accounts each month.
Preferred Qualifications:
Local Talent:
Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a Marketing, Communications, or Business program.
AI-Native Mindset:
Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, strategic planning, and creative automation.
Strategic Thinker:
Familiarity with (or a desire to learn) the principles for business scaling.
Design Eye:
