This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across all digital touchpoints, supporting both organic visibility and paid marketing efforts. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners, the coordinator supports listing execution, contributes to campaign alignment, and identifies opportunities to enhance performance. This role plays a key part in driving qualified traffic, first visits, and overall community success. Collaborates with the Digital Experience team on special marketing projects, supporting broader efforts to enhance user experience, content performance, and digital engagement. Responsibilities Listings Management - Platform Ownership for Third Party Real Estate Sites & Realtor Portal Owns the execution and ongoing management of community listings across company website andthird-party platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, NewHomeSource.com, etc.) Ensures accuracy and consistency of inventory, floorplans, pricing, imagery, and community positioning across all listing environments Coordinates updates across internal systems, website CMS, and external data feeds to maintain alignment across platforms Partners with internal teams to ensure timely updates related to inventory releases, open houses, promotions, and community changes Owns and maintains the Realtor Portal experience, including content updates, testing, and identifying opportunities to enhance usability, engagement, and overall effectiveness Supports initiatives that enhance realtor engagement and visibility of community offerings Contributes to defining and tracking listing KPIs, using performance insights to inform strategies that drive engagement and support faster inventory conversion Listings Strategy & Optimization (Organic & Paid) Supports optimization of listings across both organic placements and paid media programs (e.g., Boost, featured listings, photo carousels, etc.) Monitors performance trends including visibility, engagement, and lead flow across platforms and reports back to marketing leadership with a monthly executive summary Identifies opportunities to improve listing effectiveness through content updates, positioning, and enhancements Recommends adjustments to current campaigns and suggests new opportunities aligned with marketing strategy and community priorities Conducts competitive analysis across listing platforms to inform positioning and differentiation Stays ahead of trends, new media types and opportunities, beta tests and pilots Coordinates photography and visual asset creation for listings, including scheduling shoots, managing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality images and media Nurtures partnerships Website & Listing Alignment Ensures alignment between website content, third-party listings, and the Realtor Portal, maintaining consistent and accurate user experience across channels Supports website updates related to listings, including promotions, pricing, and inventory positioning Collaborates with marketing and digital teams to align messaging, visuals, and calls to action across platforms Performance Tracking & Reporting Tracks and reports on listing performance across website, third-party platforms, and the Realtor Portal Analyzes trends and provides insights to support optimization and decision-making Connects listing performance to downstream actions such as website engagement, registrations, and first visits Cross-Functional Coordination Communicates with internal teams and external partners to support listing-related initiatives and campaign execution Coordinates timelines, updates, and deliverables to ensure consistency across platforms Supports special projects and broader marketing initiatives as needed No Supervisory Responsibilities Required Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, real estate marketing, or related field Familiarity with third-party listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com) preferred Experience working with website CMS platforms and managing digital content Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide recommendations Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
