Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator Florida-Based Orthodontic Office| In-Person Role About the Role The Office is looking for a friendly, organized, and self-motivated Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a warm patient experience, keeping the front office running smoothly, and helping the practice grow through marketing, social media, and community engagement. The right person will be confident communicating with patients and parents, comfortable managing front desk responsibilities, and excited to support local marketing efforts that help more families discover our practice. Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred, but we are also open to someone with strong customer service, administrative, and marketing skills who is eager to learn. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Experience Greet patients and families warmly and create a welcoming first impression Answer phones with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Schedule and confirm appointments using dental or orthodontic practice management software Manage patient intake, forms, and document review Collect payments and support basic billing-related tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA Assist with appointment reminders, follow-up scheduling, and patient communication Help ensure the schedule runs smoothly and patients receive excellent care Marketing & Community Engagement Support the practice's social media presence by helping create, organize, and post content Capture appropriate in-office photos/videos for marketing use, with proper consent Help coordinate patient contests, promotions, referral initiatives, and seasonal campaigns Assist with local community outreach, school events, partnerships, and practice visibility Help maintain marketing materials, patient-facing displays, and promotional items Support reputation-building efforts, including review requests and patient follow-up Bring creative ideas to help the practice grow and strengthen relationships with families in the community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, friendly, and professional Highly organized and dependable Comfortable speaking with patients, parents, and team members Strong with follow-through and attention to detail Proactive and willing to jump in where needed Comfortable with technology, social media, and basic office systems Able to balance front desk responsibilities with marketing projects Excited to represent the practice both in-office and in the community Preferred Experience Orthodontic or dental office experience preferred Front desk, receptionist, treatment coordinator, or patient care experience helpful Marketing, social media, or community outreach experience strongly preferred Experience with dental/orthodontic software a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, or similar tools a plus Dental or orthodontic assisting experience is a plus, but not required Requirements Must be based in Florida and able to work in person Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a busy orthodontic environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Schedule Part-time position with potential for growth based on practice needs and performance.
Compensation Pay:
