Job Description

We're a fast-paced, high-performing real estate office looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing & Agent Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys supporting others, and can balance both creativity and operations while managing multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate is someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, take initiative, and bring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to everything they do.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content, including Instagram posts, reels, short-form video, and basic editing Assist real estate agents with marketing materials, branding, templates, and promotional support Support office marketing initiatives, events, trainings, and workshops Create a seamless onboarding experience for new agents joining the office Provide technology assistance and training for agents on internal systems and everyday business tools including Google Workspace, Canva, e-signature platforms, CRM systems, and general technology troubleshooting Help maintain organization, communication, and operational workflows throughout the office Coordinate schedules, trainings, meetings, and office projects Ensure a polished and consistent brand presence across office materials and social platforms Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities quickly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with social media, content creation, and short-form video Tech-savvy and confident assisting others with technology and systems Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented Team player with a positive attitude and strong follow-through
Preferred Experience:
Real estate industry experience preferred Experience supporting a sales team or client-facing business Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and e-signature platforms Event coordination, project management, or marketing experience is a plus About the
Role:
This position is a key part of the overall agent experience and office operations. We're looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, creativity, and strong support to a growing real estate office while helping agents stay productive, connected, and successful.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
