Job Description
Marketing Coordinator Ready to join one of the fastest-growing and longest-established Sarasota-based home services companies? This is an opportunity to be part of our dynamic marketing team and help customers find Badger Bob's Services through clear, consistent, and creative branding, advertising, and messaging. The Marketing Coordinator's role is to provide day-to-day marketing support for Badger Bob's team members. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects. You'll work in-office alongside Badger Bob's staff and report directly to the General Manager with additional guidance and alignment to the US Marketing Director. Duties & Responsibilities Participate in marketing meetings to ensure coordination and prioritization of marketing efforts. Collaborate with operations staff and marketing team to develop marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate and manage sales collateral and content in partnership with the marketing team. Manage the placement and coordination of advertisements and other marketing materials. Assist in preparing and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms. Assist in the creation and maintenance of website content using our CMS. Provide marketing invoice management and processing support. Proofread and edit marketing materials for clarity and consistency. Improve existing processes and find opportunities to increase brand influence. Support local events and trade shows as a brand ambassador (average 2 per month, including evenings/weekends); help with setup, logistics, and customer engagement. Build and support community partnerships with local organizations to strengthen brand presence. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, including advertising, website, social, and in-shop communications. Support internal communication efforts, including employee engagement updates and recognition initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors and coordinate with internal teams as required. Protect and promote the company's image in a coordinated, professional, and consistent manner. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum of 2 years working in a marketing capacity, or advertising/creative agency. Working knowledge of social media platforms, WYSIWYG website CMS, and online marketing resources. Experience with lead generation and email automation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms a plus. Familiarity with community outreach, event marketing, and trade show support preferred. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and support internal communications. Successful track record of managing a brand's social media presence.
