Job Description

Precision Health - Sarasota, Florida Precision Health is a primary care concierge, wellness, and performance medical practice seeking a highly capable, creative, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented individual to help build our Marketing & Membership Experience Department. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role inside a highly structured organization. We are looking for someone with a builder mentality — someone who can independently think, create, organize, improve systems, execute at a high level, and help elevate every aspect of the member experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. Someone equally comfortable developing ideas, managing communication, creating content, coordinating creative projects, improving systems, and executing detailed tasks at a high level. This position is in-office in Sarasota, Florida and is not intended to be a remote position. The role reports to the Director of Member Experience. About the Role This role combines: Social media and content creation PPC management Graphic design, phytophagy, video and editing Membership communication and inquiry management Brand development Community engagement CRM and communication workflow management Creative coordination Digital campaign support Operational organization and systems improvement Inside sales support - screener not closer We are seeking someone who wants to help build and improve an evolving department — not simply step into an already perfected structure and follow instructions. While systems and infrastructure already exist, we are looking for someone who can contribute meaningful ideas, improve processes, and help shape the future direction of the department. Core Responsibilities Marketing, Content & Brand Development Manage and oversee social media platforms and digital communication Develop and coordinate content strategy and execution Create written, visual, and video content aligned with the Precision Health brand Coordinate and participate in photography, videography, graphic design, and creative production Work directly with internal and outside creative professionals, agencies, editors, photographers, and videographers Assist with website content updates and digital communication initiatives Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns and pay-per-click efforts Help evolve and strengthen the practice's overall brand presence and communication strategy Candidates should be comfortable actively participating in content creation, creative direction, photography, videography coordination, and related media initiatives. While this is not an "on-camera personality" role, comfort participating in and helping facilitate creative media production is important. Membership Experience & Communication Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective members Professionally communicate the Precision Health philosophy and experience Assist with onboarding communication and membership engagement Interface with members, community partners, and prospective members in a polished and professional manner Support events, outreach initiatives, and relationship-building opportunities Systems & Organizational Development Utilize HubSpot and related CRM platforms to manage workflows and communication Improve communication systems, follow-up processes, and operational organization Help design and implement improved systems and processes as the department grows Work independently while also collaborating effectively with leadership and team members Qualifications & Experience Ideal candidates will possess: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience Strong experience with marketing, branding, social media, and content creation Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to think independently and solve problems proactively Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Ability to both independently lead initiatives and execute detailed tasks Strong creative instincts combined with operational discipline Experience using AI tools to improve marketing execution, content development, CRM workflows, follow-up systems, reporting, or administrative efficiency; ability to use AI practically while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and professionalism. Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, luxury service, concierge medicine, or performance-focused environments is strongly preferred. Work Environment & Expectations Full-time position Primarily in-office role located in Sarasota, Florida Expected schedule is generally standard business hours Candidates should expect to work in-office a minimum of three days per week, with five days per week strongly preferred This role requires professionalism, responsiveness, adaptability, creativity, and strong interpersonal communication skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary + draw + commission structure Expected first-year compensation approximately $65,000-$100,000+ depending on experience and performance Benefits eligibility begins after 90 days of employment Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit: Resume Portfolio or links to relevant work Examples of social media, branding, content, photography, videography, or marketing campaigns Responses to the questions below Applications submitted without portfolio examples or relevant work samples will not be considered.
