We're a small-business, family-run team that values strong customer relationships, teamwork, attention to detail, and creating a personalized shopping experience both in-store and online. About the
Role:
We're looking for outgoing, relationship-focused women with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to join our team as Clientelling Associates! At The Pink Pineapple, "clientelling" means intentionally staying connected with our customers and keeping them updated on all the things they care about most — from restocks of favorite pieces to new arrivals, upcoming events, styling suggestions, promotions, and personalized recommendations. This role is all about helping customers feel remembered, valued, and taken care of. Think personalized outreach, styling support, and thoughtful follow-up — not pushy sales tactics. You'll help customers feel seen, remembered, and excited to shop with us again. This position is perfect for someone who is confident communicating with customers, comfortable initiating conversations, highly organized, and motivated by helping women find pieces they love.
Responsibilities Include:
Reaching out to customers about restocks and new arrivals they may love Following up after purchases to check in on fit, styling, and satisfaction Inviting customers to in-store events, launches, and special promotions Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Assisting with personalized styling recommendations Keeping organized notes and customer communication records Helping drive customer loyalty and repeat business through excellent service Phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person communication with customers
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Strong communication and people skills Comfortable initiating customer conversations via text, phone, or email Detail-oriented and organized Self-motivated and dependable Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience Small-business mindset and team-player attitude Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus — but personality, professionalism, and relationship-building skills are what matter most to us.
