Job Description

Client Overview:
Our client is a dynamic fashion and beauty brand known for a strong visual identity, customer-first approach, and commitment to delivering elevated brand experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints. They are currently looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across fashion and beauty categories, partnering closely with brand, creative, digital, and retail teams. This role is highly organized and detail-oriented, ideal for someone passionate about brand storytelling, trend-driven marketing, and delivering polished, on-brand campaigns. Responsibilities of the
Marketing Coordinator:
Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, email, and experiential channels. Manage timelines, assets, and approvals in partnership with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams. Support seasonal launches, product drops, and promotional initiatives across fashion and beauty lines. Assist with content coordination, including image selection, copy updates, and asset organization. Track campaign performance and compile reports to support ongoing optimization and planning. Liaise with vendors, influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed. Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Required Experience/Skills for the
Marketing Coordinator:
1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or project coordination; fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Passion for fashion, beauty, trends, and consumer-facing brands. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Marketing Coordinator:
Experience working with Creative teams, Photographers, Stylists, or content production workflows. Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting. Experience supporting retail marketing or omnichannel campaigns. Comfort working in a highly visual, brand-driven environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
