Marketing & Referral Coordinator (Personal Injury Medical Practice)

About Us We are a brand new fast-growing personal injury medical practice focused on delivering excellent patient care and building strong, long-term partnerships with attorneys. We're looking for a high-energy marketer to expand our referral network and represent our brand in the community. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms in our designated market areas in Tampa & Spring Hill Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with attorneys and staff Work with our Director of Operations to Develop and execute outreach campaigns to increase referrals Track contacts, meetings, and pipeline activity in CRM Coordinate marketing materials, events, and drop-offs Represent Adrian Chiropractic PLLC with professionalism and consistency What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction Strong relationship-building and networking skills Professional appearance and demeanor in business settings Self-starter with high accountability and follow-through Comfortable with frequent local travel and daily office visits Marketing, or business development experience in healthcare and/or legal, if experience in both a plus Compensation & Perks Aggressive bonus structure tied to referrals generated Mileage reimbursement Supportive team with proven systems to help you succeed Upon completion of your Indeed application please also Submit your resume and a brief note on your experience with in-person marketing, sales, or client relationship development to AJimenez@AdrianChiropracticPLLC.com (Place "Marketer Position" in subject line)
