Job Description

Kokolakis is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand storytelling. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing the company's online presence, developing engaging content, supporting events, and assisting with business development and marketing activities that strengthen the Kokolakis brand and drive future opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams, leadership, and industry partners to showcase our people, projects, and culture while helping maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain social media content calendars that align with the company's brand, marketing objectives, and business development initiatives Create, write, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging Manage day-to-day social media activities, including monitoring accounts, responding to comments and inquiries, and fostering audience engagement Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness Monitor industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and audience growth Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of internal communications, including employee announcements, new hires, promotions, company milestones, and special initiatives Assist with the planning and execution of jobsite events, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, client events, and office activities Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, promotional materials, and booth preparation for industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions Assist with the production, printing, binding, assembly, and delivery of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, project information, photography libraries, and departmental documentation Support the marketing and business development team with special projects, administrative tasks, and other marketing initiatives as needed Collaborate with internal departments, project teams, and leadership to gather content, highlight company achievements, and support strategic marketing efforts Assist with other marketing functions, as necessary
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field, and/or equivalent experience 3+ years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other graphic tools A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Why Join Kokolakis?
