With a strong, growing statewide presence, FTE services public and private sector clients from our headquarters in Tampa and regional offices in Punta Gorda, DeFuniak Springs, and Miami. FTE is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to lead and support our competitive proposal pursuits, corporate marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with firm leadership and technical teams to produce high-quality, compliant public sector submittals and elevate FTE's brand visibility across diverse communication channels. promote our services to governmental and private sector clients. Responsibilities
- Manage proposal production, including coordination with technical staff, proposal layout, formatting, review, and final submission.
- Ensure all submittals strictly adhere to procurement criteria, formatting rules, compliance standards, and deadlines.
- Assist with preparation of presentation layouts for clients.
- Track upcoming project opportunities and coordinate teaming and subconsultant materials.
- Manage corporate social media, website updates, and design branded marketing graphics and content.
- Update and audit employee master resumes and project descriptions. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, proofreading, and creating digital marketing graphics.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat Pro).
- A/E/C industry experience or familiarity with FDOT procurement is a strong plus. Why FTE?
