This role is responsible for generating new memberships and leads through both in-club sales and outside marketing efforts in the community. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on performance, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to directly impact growth. Key Responsibilities Actively generate new leads through community outreach and outside marketing Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations Represent the gym at events, promotions, and off-site activations Conduct gym tours and membership consultations Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email Maintain a strong presence on the floor and engage with members and guests Help execute internal promotions and marketing campaigns Track leads and sales activity consistently Schedule We are hiring multiple candidates to cover a variety of shifts, including: Weekdays Evenings Weekends Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs.
