Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for our Smyrna location! Key Responsibilities
  • Support marketing team as needed.
  • Create or order product samples/mock-ups for customer line reviews.
  • Answer sales and customer questions related to product.
  • Help to improve packaging through optimizing art or claims.
  • Responsible for market, competitive and consumer purchase analysis to identify key competitive and consumer trends as it relates to the category.
  • Develop category strategies to support long-term growth of the business.
  • Quarterly store walks and website audits for key customers.
  • Plan meetings and events for the marketing team.
  • Staying up to date on marketing trends.
  • Own plant/organization extensions and SKU discontinuation submissions
  • Work with Canada on product and campaigns
  • Take the lead on inputting invoices for the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Retail experience (big box or hardware channels) or consumer product experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver products on a timely basis.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to roll your sleeves up and dig into projects.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
