ZERO COLD

CALLING, plus we are offering BASE, plus COMMISSIONS, plus BONUSES. The person we are looking for will:

• Be sales

PROFESSIONAL

with prior direct sales experience and a PROVEN track record of high achievement.

• Be someone who is routinely taking the personal initiative to improve their sales skills, learn new ones, and implement them in their daily work.
• Be a

ROCKSTAR

at asking for the sale, isolating objections, building rapport, and connecting with the prospects

• if we have to teach you these basic sales skills, then this job is not for you! The only thing you should need to "learn" from us is about us and what we offer and what you're selling. You will be expected to take it the rest of the way.
• Walk the walk: We are a TOP fitness facility and need someone who is committed to healthy practices, fitness, and a healthy body.
• Be someone who works with URGENCY
• we are super busy and need someone who can work at a quick pace to get things done while getting them done WELL and the FIRST time. Every second wasted is money lost!
• Have an

INCREDIBLE

personality and interpersonal savvy

• by this, we mean that you are able to quickly (in one phone call/meeting) connect and bond with a prospect and make them want to keep talking to you/meet you in person ASAP. The first step of this interview process will be a phone screen interview
• this is where you will show us you have this skill!
• Be someone who is self-disciplined, driven, and

RELIABLE.

We will give you all the tools you need to succeed, and you will be expected to USE the tools, IMPLEMENT the information given, and REPORT on your results DAILY. If you are someone that needs constant hand-holding and reminders, then this will not be a great fit.

• Be very comfortable with technology
• you don't have to be Bill Gates, but you need to be able to operate a smartphone and navigate: Facebook, Instagram, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc. If you have to Google these things, then again, probably not the job for you!
• Be a FAST learner. You will be provided excellent and thorough training by our ownership for approximately a week and then we will start booking appointments for you. What you will get from us: No time spent cold calling
• everyone that you are expected to work with will have requested contact with us.

It is simply your job to show them how we can help them, get them started and monitor their success! ALL the tools you need to succeed.
