Unpaid (College Credit Available) About the Opportunity Join the Columbus River Dragons in Columbus, Georgia, and gain hands-on experience in sports business, corporate partnerships, and relationship management. This internship is designed for individuals seeking practical experience working alongside a professional sports sales and partnership team. The Corporate Fulfillment & Partnership Services Intern will play a key role in ensuring corporate partnership agreements are successfully executed by assisting with communication, scheduling, activation planning, procurement, and partner relationship management. Responsibilities Corporate Partnership Fulfillment Assist in the execution and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements. Coordinate the procurement of promotional items, signage, hospitality assets, and other partnership-related materials. Track partnership deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met in a timely manner. Maintain fulfillment schedules and project timelines. Communication & Relationship Management Serve as a support contact for corporate partners regarding partnership activations and deliverables. Assist with partner communications via email, phone calls, and meetings. Help maintain positive relationships with current partners and community partners. Support partnership renewal and retention efforts through excellent customer service. Scheduling & Event Coordination Assist with scheduling meetings, activation dates, and partner appearances. Coordinate logistics for partnership activations and promotional events. Work with internal departments to ensure partnership assets are properly executed. Game Day Responsibilities Support the execution of corporate partnership activations during home games. Assist partners and guests with game day hospitality experiences. Help ensure signage, promotional elements, and in-game activations are properly implemented. Maintain a professional presence while interacting with corporate partners and fans. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program, preferably in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment. Availability to work home games, including evenings and weekends as required.
