Not a junior marketer learning the ropes. Not someone who needs six months to figure out who the discharge planners are. We want someone who knows this space — and wants a flexible, well-compensated part-time role alongside their primary career. This role was built for you if you are: A Social Worker or Case Manager — You already know how placement works. You know what families are going through. Use that expertise to connect people in your community with a home you can stand behind — and earn extra income doing it. A VA Employee or VA-Affiliated Worker — We accept VA benefits. Be the trusted local option for veterans in our region. This role works around your existing schedule. A Senior Living Marketing Professional — Done doing it for a chain? About Emerald River Senior Living We are a 24-bed Personal Care Home in Dublin, GA — locally owned and operated. We accept private pay and VA benefits. What You'll Do Build relationships with hospital discharge planners, physician offices, and AAA case managers in Laurens County Respond to inbound family inquiries same day, every time Conduct and assist with facility tours Represent Emerald River at community events and health fairs Track contacts and submit a brief weekly report to ownership Manage your own 20-25 hour weekly schedule Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Performance bonuses tied to admissions and referral activity Part-time now — full-time opportunity as census grows Ideal Background (You need ONE of these, not all) Social Worker (BSW, MSW, LCSW) with senior care or discharge planning experience VA employee, VA social worker, or veterans' services case manager Senior living Director of Marketing or Community Liaison Hospital discharge planner or healthcare case manager Deep Dublin / Laurens County community roots in healthcare or social services To Apply Send your resume to RShah@EmeraldRiverSL.com with 2-3 sentences about your background and why this fits your schedule.
