We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing and Talent Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are excited about marketing, recruiting, and building a positive workplace culture. You'll support marketing initiatives, assist with talent sourcing, and help create an engaging office environment. This paid position provides hands-on experience in recruiting strategies, employer branding, social media management, and employee engagement—laying the foundation for a career in marketing and HR.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and talent acquisition: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Coordinate campus and local outreach to attract emerging talent Support employee engagement activities, office events, and team-building initiatives Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding and recruitment campaigns Collaborate with senior team members on marketing and lead-generation initiatives Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, or similar) Conduct research on HR trends, recruiting best practices, and marketing strategies Engage with potential candidates via calls, emails, and networking to build talent poolsQualifications:
Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience with interest in marketing, HR, recruiting, or business operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Positive attitude and team-player mindset Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing or branding purposes Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus but not required Ability to work on-site in Atlanta (Perimeter area)Why Join Novoa Marketing:
