Marketing Coordinator, Stearns Retirement Group - Lake Oconee Stearns Retirement Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in the Lake Oconee area. This is a full-time, salaried position with additional commission opportunities . The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and proactive, with strong time-management skills and a desire to support a fast-paced, relationship-driven financial firm. Position Overview As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our advisors, coordinating local marketing initiatives, and creating a welcoming experience for clients and guests. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, promote, and host marketing and educational events in the Lake Oconee area Communicate regularly with clients and prospective clients to support a high-quality experience with the firm Assist with community partnerships, sponsorships, and local outreach efforts Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment Manage advisors' calendars and provide general administrative support Support marketing initiatives and special projects as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional, friendly demeanor with attention to detail Previous marketing, event coordination, or administrative experience is a plus What We Offer Full-time, salaried position Additional commission structure Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a well-established retirement planning firm
