Job Summary Peaceful Purpose Hospice is growing — intentionally and strategically. We are seeking a relationship-driven, results-producing Hospice Marketing Liaison who understands how to build referral partnerships that convert into admissions and sustainable census growth. This is not a "drop-off brochures and smile" position. This is a territory development role with leadership visibility, measurable impact, and strong earning potential. If you are confident in your ability to generate referrals, ask for the business, and grow market presence — we want to speak with you. What You Will Do Build and expand referral relationships Develop and manage a measurable referral pipeline Generate consistent monthly admissions aligned with census growth goals Confidently ask for referrals and follow up with discipline Identify underserved facilities and penetrate new accounts Provide weekly reporting on activity, referrals, and conversions Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to strengthen referral confidence Represent Peaceful Purpose Hospice with professionalism and integrity in the community What We Are Looking For Hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred Demonstrated history of generating admissions or growing territory Comfortable directly asking for referrals Strong follow-up and relationship-building discipline Self-motivated and accountable Data-driven and goal-oriented Professional presence with strong communication skills This role is ideal for someone who wants to help grow an agency — not simply maintain an existing book of business.
