Job Description

Position Summary Top Real Estate Company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Systems Coordinator to support and optimize our marketing platforms, digital tools, and agent-facing marketing systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology, analytics, and operations while helping drive efficiency and results across multiple business channels. The Marketing Systems Coordinator will be responsible for managing key marketing platforms, supporting company websites and digital initiatives, coordinating agent marketing resources, and tracking performance metrics to help maximize the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities & Duties Serve as the primary administrator for the company's agent postcard ordering system, ensuring timely execution and ongoing maintenance. Manage and maintain the merchandise store, including inventory oversight, ordering coordination, and product updates. Support and maintain company websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and optimization. Assist with digital marketing initiatives designed to drive traffic to the company website and agent websites. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp. Coordinate and deploy text code and SMS marketing campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Assist with podcast production, distribution, and promotional efforts. Monitor and support social media platforms and related marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal marketing team members to implement campaigns and promotional strategies. Maintain marketing databases, digital assets, and platform integrations. Troubleshoot marketing platform issues and coordinate with vendors when needed. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and system efficiencies. Qualifications and skills Microsoft Suite (including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Canva Social Media (including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) Experience working with marketing platforms, email marketing software, and digital marketing tools. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Workspace applications. Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms. Understanding of website content management systems and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with social media platforms and performance reporting. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing Experience in real estate, marketing, communications, or a related industry. Knowledge of website platforms, SEO, and digital advertising. Experience with marketing automation tools. Familiarity with podcast production and content distribution. Experience tracking campaign performance and generating marketing reports.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
