RV SALES PROFESSIONALS NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Maxie Price RV is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our sales team. You do not need RV experience. We will train the right person. We are NOT a high-pressure commission dealership. This is a salary-based sales position with a per-unit performance bonus. Every sold unit pays the SAME bonus regardless of price, brand, or type of RV sold. That means no fighting over deals, no cherry-picking inventory, and no pressure to steer customers into something that is not right for them. We are building a team-oriented environment focused on customer experience, follow-up, creativity, and long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Assisting customers in person, online, and over the phone Creating Facebook Marketplace ads and online listings Filming custom walkaround and promotional videos Following up consistently with leads and past customers Learning RV products and helping customers find the right fit Building relationships and generating repeat business

COMPENSATION

Salary position Additional per-unit bonus Typical income range: $4,000-$6,500+ per month Paid training Opportunity for long-term growth This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is personable, ambitious, and willing to work hard — even without prior RV or sales experience.
