Our Power's Ferry•Atlanta location combines advanced technology with personalized care in a results-driven, client-focused environment. We are growing and looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through engaging and strategic content. This role requires creativity, consistency, and a strong understanding of social media trends, especially within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others Create and publish high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and stories Capture in-clinic content (treatments, client testimonials, before-and-after results, team culture) Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and direct messages Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement Collaborate with clinic staff to highlight services, promotions, and events Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly Assist in running paid social media campaigns and promotions Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Experience with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) Excellent communication and storytelling skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Interest or experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus
