Marketing Project Specialist

Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports ARC Plus Rewards, social media, and digital content production, focusing on app promotions and brand visibility. This role does not replace the Location Project Manager. Routine store visits and general location marketing remain under her direction. Field work is limited to ARC Plus Rewards activations when needed. Core Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of ARC Plus Rewards promotions, including preparing and uploading in-app creative assets.
• Capture and produce high-quality content including winner photos, videos, reels, and branded promotional materials.
• Manage and publish social media content tied to loyalty campaigns, track engagement, and help refine performance strategy.
• Conduct limited quarterly visits strictly for ARC Plus Rewards activations to capture content and verify promotional placement.
• Maintain organized digital assets, campaign calendars, and workflow trackers to support smooth marketing operations.
• Assist with new store launches only as they relate to ARC Plus Rewards visibility and content needs.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
