Marketing, Content & PR Coordinator Ivory & Beau Wedding Planning and Bridal Boutique Savannah, GA Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Canva Attention to detail TikTok Instagram Full Job Description Ivory & Beau is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing, Content & PR Coordinator to join our team full-time in Savannah, Georgia. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, content creation, social media, public relations, weddings, fashion, flowers, and helping a brand grow through both digital and community marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, proactive, and excited to bring new ideas to the table while working closely with the owner to maintain the voice and vision of the Ivory & Beau brand.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube content Capturing behind-the-scenes content and real-time stories Creating and scheduling social media posts Monitoring social media analytics and identifying growth opportunities Organizing wedding galleries and photo submissions Submitting weddings and styled shoots to magazines, blogs, and publications Building relationships with media outlets and identifying PR opportunities Managing Pinterest boards and wedding inspiration content Uploading and organizing bridal inventory on Pinterest and other platforms Writing blog posts and assisting with website SEO Helping develop new marketing campaigns, themes, and content ideas Coordinating models, content shoots, and creative projects Attending weddings, styled shoots, and events to capture content Assisting with community outreach and local brand partnerships
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has experience with social media and content creation Is comfortable filming, editing, and being behind the camera Can work independently and take initiative Has strong writing and communication skills Is creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented Understands branding and maintaining a consistent voice Loves weddings, fashion, flowers, and creative industries Is kind, professional, and works well with a team Is excited to help grow a well-established local brand
Bonus Skills:
Pinterest marketing Blogging and SEO Public relations experience Photography or videography experience Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms Experience submitting work to publications and media outlets If you're someone who constantly has ideas, notices opportunities others miss, and loves bringing stories to life through content and marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
