Full-Time Preference - Female Admin, Local to Suwanee GA About Us Best Brains Learning Center is a vibrant, child-focused learning center dedicated to nurturing young minds through engaging, high-quality educational programs. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Administrative & Marketing Coordinator who can be the welcoming face of our center while actively driving enrollments through effective communication and marketing efforts. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Manage front desk operations and greet parents, students, and visitors warmly Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally Maintain student records, attendance, and registration documentation Schedule appointments, tours, and parent meetings Support daily center operations and coordination with staff Parent Engagement & Enrollment Address parent queries with clarity, confidence, and care Conduct center tours and explain programs effectively Follow up with prospective parents to convert inquiries into registrations Build strong relationships with families and maintain a positive center image Marketing & Advertising Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities Manage social media updates, flyers, and community outreach Coordinate School events, open houses, and promotional campaigns Develop strategies to increase visibility and student enrollments ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in administration, marketing, or advertising Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media platforms Ability to handle parents' concerns with patience and professionalism Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset for increasing registrations Must reside locally near the learning center. Join us as an Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to be a key player in maintaining operational excellence while supporting our marketing efforts.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
