Administrative & Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including expense reimbursement processing, monthly sales and marketing expenditure reporting, and data compilation. Assist with local government affairs liaison and compliance processes as needed. B.
Office Operations & Facility Management:
Oversee daily maintenance of the U.S. office and employee accommodation arrangements to ensure a professional, client-ready workplace. Manage office-related vendors and handle daily administrative tasks including procurement, visitor reception, and meeting room coordination. C.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to plan and execute global trade shows and marketing events, including booth design, logistics coordination, and on-site reception. Support brand consistency across the U.S. office and cross-regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
