Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

Hagadone Media Group, a dynamic media company with operations in Idaho, Washington, Montana, and Hawaii, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Hawaii offices. Our global client base benefits from our comprehensive portfolio of products, including print media, digital platforms, social media, and other exclusive Hagadone Media Group resources. We are seeking an energetic and positive individual to join our team in a sales support role. This role requires good communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for client intake, communicating with customers and vendors, and producing campaign reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and traffic advertising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, performance, and any issues that may arise. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and delivery. Maintain detailed records of campaign performance, client communications, and any adjustments made. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign execution. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on campaign performance and metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and industry-specific applications (e.g., CRM systems, advertising management tools). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Compensation:

Starting $40,000 - $42,000 per year.
