This is a six-month contract position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about building meaningful connections within the local community. This role will serve as an ambassador for The Villas at Bettendorf, developing referral relationships, coordinating events, and creating positive experiences for prospective residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Represent The Villas at Bettendorf throughout the local community to increase awareness and generate prospective resident leads. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, community organizations, and referral sources. Attend networking events, community functions, and local business gatherings to promote the community. Host and coordinate bi-weekly open houses for prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Assist with staging apartments and preparing community spaces for tours and marketing events. Plan, organize, and coordinate community events that showcase the lifestyle and amenities offered at The Villas Bettendorf. Conduct follow-up communications with prospective residents and referral sources. Collaborate with community leadership to support occupancy and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and event participation. Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for visitors and prospects. Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, sales, real estate, senior living, or a related field preferred. Real estate experience or familiarity with residential leasing, home sales, or property marketing is highly desirable. Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills. Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people and representing the community in public settings. Excellent organizational and event coordination abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional, positive, and outgoing personality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM or lead-tracking systems preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking and outreach activities.
