Marketing & Social Media CoordinatorPosition Summary Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty is seeking a creative, energetic, and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position (35-40 hours per week) combines social media content creation, marketing support, and administrative assistance to help promote our company, agents, listings, and community involvement. This position serves as a marketing resource for both the company and its agents, helping elevate the brokerage's brand while supporting agent success through training, content resources, and strategic marketing guidance. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, storytelling, photography, videography, and social media trends. They enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a strong desire to help others grow their businesses through effective marketing strategies. Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms as warranted. Produce engaging reels, short-form videos, graphics, stories, and posts that promote listings, agents, company culture, market updates, and community events. Capture photos and video content at company events, agent activities, community functions, and property showcases. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across company platforms. Monitor engagement, comments, and social media performance metrics. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Marketing & Design Utilize Canva and other design tools to create professional marketing materials. Design brochures, flyers, postcards, newsletters, presentations, and promotional pieces. Coordinate production of print marketing materials while maintaining company brand standards. Assist with company advertising campaigns, sponsorship promotions, recruiting initiatives, and community outreach efforts. Support company events through marketing and promotional activities. Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding guidelines and messaging. Agent Marketing Support Provide limited social media coaching and marketing support to company agents. Assist agents with content planning, branding consistency, and social media best practices. Develop and maintain marketing templates, resources, and training materials that can be utilized company-wide. Conduct periodic marketing workshops, group training sessions, and one-on-one consultations with agents. Provide guidance on social media trends, content creation techniques, audience engagement, and platform best practices. Coordinate and organize company content days, including headshots, video content, and branding sessions. Create reusable social media graphics, video templates, and marketing assets that agents can easily customize for their own businesses. Support recruiting and retention initiatives through marketing resources and educational opportunities. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to office staff and management as needed. Serve as backup support for incoming phone calls and front desk coverage. Schedule showings and coordinate appointments when needed. Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and support overall office functionality. Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms. Experience creating social media content, reels, graphics, and marketing materials. Strong photography and videography skills preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms. Preferred Characteristics Creative thinker with fresh ideas and strong visual design skills.
