Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew Athletic Club Boise Garden City, ID Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work Full Job Description Athletic Club Boise is seeking dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Event Day Setup & Conversion Crew. This position is responsible for assisting with pre-event venue setup and stadium conversion to ensure a professional and seamless matchday, event day and concert experience for fans, staff, partners, and players. This is a part-time, event-based role working primarily 4-6 hour shifts on matchdays, with occasional opportunities for additional hours on non-event operational or special project days. Responsibilities Assist with stadium and venue setup before matches and events Set up tables, tents, barricades, signage, and fan activation areas Prepare concourse, hospitality, and operational spaces Support field-level and matchday presentation setup Assist with venue conversions and operational preparations Move and organize equipment and supplies as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with the Director of Stadium Operations to execute event preparation efficiently Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous event, sports, or operations experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Event days, primarily evenings and weekends Typical shifts range from 4-6 hours Additional optional hours may be available for special events and operational projects What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who enjoy live events, concerts, and sports, work well in a team environment, and take pride in helping transform the venue into a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that delivers an exceptional fan experience for every event.
