Eastern Idaho Equipment Auction Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Eastern Idaho Equipment Auction Representative to join our team! This represenative will travel throughout eastern Idaho and surrounding states to meet face-to-face with clients, and generate new leads. This energetic role is essential in connecting sellers and buyers through engaging equipment auctions, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help expand our presence in the region while delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop relationships with farmers, ranchers, construction and other businesses while expanding your equipment knowledge, sales and account management skills. Duties Build and maintain relationships with equipment sellers and buyers through warm calling, outreach, and personalized communication Conduct on-site visits to assess equipment condition and gather detailed descriptions for auction listings Promote upcoming auctions via marketing channels, including digital platforms and direct outreach, to attract qualified bidders Track leads, client interactions, and sales progress Provide technical support by explaining equipment features, specifications, and auction procedures to clients Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and optimize auction strategies Skills Strong customer service skills. Experience/knowledge base in farming, dairy, and equipment. Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and clearly articulate value propositions Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote auctions and attract targeted audiences Technical sales experience related to machinery or equipment is highly desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster collaborative relationships Intermediate level of computer skills Analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and performance tracking Warm calling techniques that build rapport quickly and generate interest in auction opportunitiesJoin us as an Eastern Idaho Equipment Auction Representative where your energy fuels growth!
