This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting sales activities, managing customer and vendor communications, and providing high-level administrative support to the President. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sales & Marketing Coordination Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives. Coordinate trade shows, networking events, customer meetings, and marketing presentations. Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales reports. Prepare sales materials, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. Monitor and track sales leads, follow-ups, and customer communications. Manage company social media accounts, website updates, and email marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development efforts. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external marketing partners. Assist with content creation including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials. Generate regular sales and marketing performance reports for leadership. Independently research and identify prospective clients, obtain key decision-maker and contact information, and provide qualified lead intelligence and recommendations to leadership with minimal supervision. Executive Administrative Support to the President Manage the President's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules. Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the President. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive summaries. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the President. Maintain organized filing systems, records, and administrative documentation. Serve as a liaison between the President and staff, clients, vendors, and business partners. General Administrative Duties Provide office coordination and administrative support as needed. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Assist with onboarding paperwork, scheduling, and internal communications. Support accounting or invoicing processes when necessary. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, executive administration, or a related role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing platforms. Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics. Project management and event coordination experience. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Work Environment Fast-paced, collaborative office environment. Ability to occasionally work flexible hours for events or executive support needs.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
