Job Description
Marketing Coordinator
- Real Estate Brokerage (Chicago) Century 21 SGR seeks a part-time Marketing Coordinator.
Pay:
50K, Negotiable Schedule:
40 hours/week Responsibilities- Create social media posts (graphics, photos, captions)
- Design and modify marketing templates
- Create digital property brochures using agent-supplied photos, MLS data, AI-generated neighborhood maps and descriptions
- Create flyers and marketing materials
- Prepare and send eblasts to brokers and clients
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and special projects
- Recommend new marketing ideas
- Assist with listing photography when needed Requirements
- Strong Canva skills
- Proficiency with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram)
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Mailchimp, Constant Contact, MoxiWorks, or similar email marketing platforms
- Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and personalities under pressure
- Produce high-volume, high-quality work with quick turnaround times Preferred
- Real estate marketing experience
