Job Title:
Managing Partner & Operator (Path to Business Ownership)
Job Summary:
The Opportunity of a Lifetime Are you an ambitious sales leader and strategic thinker who has always wanted to own your own business, but lacked the capital or the right vehicle to get started? This is your moment. Gateway Digital Media Group, powered by N-Compass TV / NTV360, is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Partner & Operator to take the reins of an incredible, established local territory. The current franchise owner is preparing for an eventual transition and exit. In the meantime, they are looking for a dynamic, high-performing operator to run, manage, and scale the local indoor digital billboard network. This is not just a job. This is a clear path to business ownership. For the right candidate, this role offers a structured "sweat-equity" opportunity to earn your way into equity and ultimate ownership of the territory over time through proven performance. You will be responsible for managing the local network, driving local advertising sales, and treating the territory as if it were already your own.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Advertising Sales:
Drive the territory's revenue by directly connecting with local businesses, clearly articulating value proposition, and closing advertising deals for our digital billboard network.
Territory & Network Management:
Act as the face of Gateway Digital Media Group locally. Maintain the current indoor billboard network uptime of 95%+ and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our venue hosts.
Strategic Outreach & Networking:
Develop and execute high-impact local outreach strategies via community events, the Chamber of Commerce, B2B networking, email, and phone calls.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
Establish trust and build deep rapport with local business owners, acting as a marketing consultant to help them grow.
CRM & CMS
Management:
Keep accurate, detailed records of prospect interactions, pipeline management, and network health within our systems. What We're Looking For (The Profile of an Owner):

You can operate independently in the field, managing your time, outreach cadences, and network maintenance without needing to be micromanaged.
Success Metrics:
Consistent revenue growth and acquisition of new local advertising clients. Maintaining a 95%+ uptime and excellent relationships with existing host venues. Proactive leadership and operational excellence across the entire territory.

Ownership Pay:
$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
