Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will drive our marketing strategies and sales initiatives, leveraging digital marketing tools, content creation, and multichannel campaigns to expand our reach. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our outside sales teams across multiple markets for two established home service brands. Position Summary This role serves as a key connection point between Sales, Operations, and Marketing , helping ensure that new business is set up accurately, internal communication stays aligned, and cross-department initiatives are executed effectively in support of company growth. The Sales Coordinator will also serve as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams, helping translate campaigns, promotions, lead generation efforts, and strategic initiatives into clear field execution. This role helps ensure that growth strategies are implemented consistently across markets and that feedback from the field informs future planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing operational detail with in-person team support and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires regular travel to branch locations and occasional participation in company events, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and helping teams stay aligned. Key Responsibilities Sales Team Support
  • Support outside sales representatives with questions related to account setup, service agreements, billing structure, and internal processes
  • Help reinforce consistent sales procedures and documentation standards across all markets
  • Assist in monitoring sales activity, goals, and follow-through
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with process guidance and field support
  • Serve as a resource for day-to-day sales process questions Marketing & Sales Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Sales to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Help ensure marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and lead generation initiatives are communicated clearly and executed effectively in the field
  • Gather feedback from sales teams regarding lead quality, customer trends, and field insights to help inform marketing strategy
  • Support alignment between brand messaging and real-world sales execution across markets
  • Assist with coordination of growth initiatives that require collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams Sales-to-Operations Coordination
  • Review new account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Help ensure services are structured correctly before work begins
  • Coordinate with branch teams to resolve setup issues, billing concerns, or documentation gaps
  • Assist with third-party billing coordination and customer account setup
  • Help maintain smooth communication between sales teams and operational teams Cross-Department Communication
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, and Marketing to support aligned execution
  • Help ensure internal updates, service changes, and company initiatives are communicated clearly
  • Escalate process issues or recurring challenges to leadership

  • Run routine sales and operational support reports
  • Help maintain accurate CRM/customer records, including resolving duplicate or incomplete accounts

  • Assist leadership with reporting related to sales support and coordination Field Presence & Travel
  • Travel regularly to branch offices and service markets to support outside sales teams in person
  • Reinforce consistent processes and expectations across locations
  • Provide hands-on support during onboarding, growth initiatives, or high-demand periods
  • Represent both brands professionally in the field and during select company initiatives Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, account management, operations support, marketing coordination, or a related role
  • Experience in home services, route-based service industries, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, or similar industries preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations
  • Experience with CRM or customer management systems ( PestPac preferred )
