Our customers are builders, restorers, fabricators, and automotive enthusiasts who expect great service and knowledgeable support.
We're looking for a customer-focused, organized team member who can help customers throughout the sales process while also assisting with marketing and brand growth. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Sales Answer incoming customer calls and emails Help customers select the correct fuel tank and accessories Provide shipping updates and lead time information Call customers regarding order status and expected ship dates Follow up on quote requests and website inquiries Assist customers with basic technical questions Escalate complex technical questions to management Maintain customer records and communication notes Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media posts Collect customer vehicle photos and build stories Request customer reviews and testimonials Help manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and website content Assist with email marketing campaigns Photograph finished products and customer vehicles Identify opportunities to promote customer builds featuring Rock Valley Tanks products Sales Support Generate and send quotes Follow up on open opportunities Assist dealers and distributors Help maintain website product information Support trade show preparation and customer outreach QualificationsPreferred Interest in hot rods, classic trucks, muscle cars, racing, fabrication, or automotive restoration Strong communication skills Comfortable talking with customers on the phone Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and basic marketing Organized and detail-oriented Ability to learn technical product information Bonus Skills Automotive aftermarket experience Basic photography or video skills Shopify experience Email marketing experience CRM experience Mechanical or fabrication background What Success Looks Like Customers receive fast responses and accurate information Orders are proactively updated Positive online reviews increase Social media content is consistently posted Quote follow-up improves sales conversion Customers feel like they're talking to another enthusiast, not a call center
