Job description We're a non-medical home care agency seeking an experienced community liaison to grow our referral network in Evansville Indiana What you'll do: Build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and physical therapy clinics Conduct in-person visits and follow-ups with referral sources Represent our agency at community events and senior expos Track referral activity in our CRM What we offer: $400 commission per converted client (no cap) Top performers earn $3-5K+/month Flexible schedule - you control your hours Marketing materials and CRM provided Work alongside an owner who values relationships and ethics You're a great fit if: 2+ years experience in home care, hospice, senior living, or healthcare sales Existing relationships with senior-serving professionals in Michigan Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based earning Reliable transportation and professional appearance
