Summer Promotions Assistant Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Indianapolis, IN Are you looking for a summer opportunity where you can gain real experience, build valuable skills, and work with an energetic team? Current Branding is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing promotions team in Indianapolis. This role offers the chance to work directly with consumers through live promotional campaigns, brand awareness events, and customer engagement initiatives across the local area. The Opportunity As a Summer Promotions Assistant, you'll be helping represent client brands at a variety of marketing campaigns and promotional events. You'll play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences, increasing brand visibility, and supporting campaign success. This position provides hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, sales support, and brand representation. No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support from experienced team members. Your Responsibilities Participating in promotional events and marketing campaigns Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Promoting products, services, and brand initiatives Answering customer questions and providing information Supporting event setup and campaign execution Helping generate interest and awareness for client brands Contributing to individual and team performance goals What We're Looking For We're interested in individuals who are: Outgoing and personable Strong communicators Customer-focused and professional Reliable and motivated Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Excited to learn new skills and gain practical experience Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, sales, restaurants, or community engagement are encouraged to apply, although no experience is necessary.
