Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Twin Lakes CDJR is looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated full-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating content, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. This position will play a major role in helping promote our dealership through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, photography, video content, and community involvement. If you enjoy creating engaging content, editing videos, taking photos, and coming up with fresh marketing ideas — this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Create engaging social media content daily Film and edit TikTok-style videos, Facebook Reels, and other short-form content Take photos and videos of vehicles, events, staff, and customers Photograph dealership inventory for the dealership website and third-party automotive websites Manage dealership social media accounts Help grow the dealership's online presence and engagement Create unique and creative marketing ideas and campaigns Attend and help organize community events Create marketing content for promotions, inventory, and dealership events Write engaging captions and post descriptions Monitor social media trends and help keep content fresh and modern Assist with responding to social media messages and internet leads when needed Work with management on monthly promotions and advertising ideas Provide basic reporting and feedback on content performance Qualifications Experience in social media marketing, content creation, marketing, photography, videography, or related field preferred OR Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or related field Preferred Skills Comfortable being on camera Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook video content Video editing experience Photography experience Strong communication and organizational skills Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe products, or similar editing software is a plus Photoshop experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We want someone who: Has a positive and outgoing personality Loves social media and content creation Stays current on trends and viral-style content Is creative, dependable, and self-motivated Enjoys being involved in the local community Works well with a team and customers Wants to help grow the dealership's brand and online presence This is a fast-paced position with plenty of opportunities to be creative and make an impact.
