The Opportunity As a key member of AGI's marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving measurable results across digital, content, and event marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance. Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools in collaboration with the manager and the design team. Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and within budget. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actional insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, messaging and promotional plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent. 1-3 years' progressive experience in a B2B marketing organization preferably in a global or matrixed organization. Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches Comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations. Excellent team player Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead gen management Ability to work in English as well as Portuguese (written and spoken fluency) is a plus Why AGI?
