Job Description
Whiteshore Funding is seeking a Marketing & Technology Coordinator to support the company's marketing initiatives, technology infrastructure, and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technology-oriented, and interested in helping drive growth through digital marketing, process improvement, and operational support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and data. They should be able to learn new systems quickly, stay organized while managing multiple projects, and assist with both marketing and operational initiatives across the company. Responsibilities Assist with the management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns Support Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other online advertising initiatives Help improve SEO performance and website visibility Organize and maintain marketing data, lead databases, and reporting systems Monitor campaign performance and assist with tracking key metrics Support CRM management, automation tools, and software implementation Assist with technology-related projects and business process improvements Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and technology issues Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems Work closely with management to execute marketing initiatives and operational projects Assist with research, data analysis, and special projects as needed Help improve internal processes and organizational systems Track marketing performance and provide reporting on campaign results Requirements Strong computer and technology skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data analysis Ability to identify trends, spot discrepancies, and maintain accurate records Strong understanding of spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, process-driven, and dependable Ability to quickly learn new concepts, software, and business processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Ads Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization Familiarity with lead generation and digital marketing strategies Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, or marketing software Basic IT, software management, or technical support experience Experience analyzing marketing performance and campaign data Experience working with Excel formulas, reporting, and data organization Experience using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys technology, marketing, problem-solving, organization, and working with data.
