We are seeking dependable, hardworking part-time Rentals Assistant to support our event operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of creating memorable events, we encourage you to apply. Position Overview As a Rentals Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing, delivering, setting up, and retrieving event rental equipment. This role is essential to ensuring our events are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and flexibility, including late nights and weekend availability. Key Responsibilities Pack and prepare rental orders accurately based on event needs Load, transport, and deliver rental equipment to event locations Set up rental items on-site in accordance with event layouts and standards Break down events and pick up rental equipment following completion Clean, sanitize, and properly store all rental items after use Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and warehouse areas Inspect equipment for damage and report any maintenance or replacement needs Coordinate with Direct Managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient service Assist with inventory tracking and organization Qualifications Prior experience with a rental company, moving company, or similar labor-intensive role required Must be able to lift 75lbs Availability to work weekends, evenings, and late nights Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, loading/unloading, and standing for extended periods Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required; able to drive large company cargo van Professional attitude and strong work ethic What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are reliable, efficient, and take pride in behind-the-scenes work that brings events to life.
