Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and engaging Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will support various marketing and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This position requires organizational expertise, creativity, and the ability to manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator position is onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities of the
Marketing Coordinator:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including email and direct marketing initiatives, to drive engagement and promote brand awareness.
- Organize and oversee events, managing calendars and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and update marketing materials such as brochures and signage to maintain consistent branding.
- Handle social media activities by creating and posting content to increase online visibility.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and external partners to facilitate successful collaborations.
- Serve as the detail-oriented and approachable representative of the business during interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including data management and report preparation, to assist the marketing team.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, administrative, or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and calendar management.
- Proficiency in developing and managing vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, including email campaigns and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
