This role serves as a critical link between sales, marketing, clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that campaigns, lead generation efforts, client deliverables, and sales initiatives are executed efficiently and accurately. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing sales operations, coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing lead funnel processes, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, supporting event execution, and ensuring all client-facing materials meet company standards. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, improving client experiences, and supporting company-wide strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Administration & Coordination Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client and prospect information remains accurate. Track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate communication between sales, production, marketing, and client service teams. Assist with account management and client retention initiatives. 2. Marketing Coordination & Campaign Management Coordinate the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and event channels. Ensure all quarterly marketing campaigns are developed, approved, and launched according to schedule. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on time. Review marketing materials for branding consistency, accuracy, and quality control. Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. Assist in content development and promotional initiatives supporting company goals. 3. Lead Generation & Funnel Management Monitor and manage inbound lead flow from marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, events, and other lead sources. Ensure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) are properly tracked, assigned, and followed up on. Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes. Generate reports on lead activity, campaign performance, and conversion metrics. Identify opportunities to improve lead acquisition and sales funnel effectiveness. 4. Website & Landing Page Management Coordinate the creation, launch, and maintenance of landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives. Ensure all landing pages are branded correctly, optimized for user experience, and aligned with company standards. Monitor landing page performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and campaign results. Work with vendors, designers, and developers to implement updates as needed. 5. Client, Vendor & Event Support Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners regarding marketing and sales initiatives. Coordinate client marketing deliverables and promotional opportunities. Attend networking events, conferences, and company events as requested. Assist with event planning, logistics, sponsorship fulfillment, and post-event reporting. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. 6. Market Research & Business Development Support Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. Monitor customer feedback and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. Stay informed on media, marketing, advertising, and sales industry developments. Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, account management, or a related role. Experience working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and project management tools preferred. Experience in media, advertising, publishing, events, or agency environments is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms. Familiarity with email marketing, lead generation, website management, and digital marketing principles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and sales data. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Other Requirements Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend events when necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
