We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to help keep our brand vibrant, relevant, and revenue-generating in today's competitive market. Role Summary We are fishing for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in elevating our 50-year-old brand through dynamic digital marketing, social media engagement, and innovative campaigns. Working closely with the Owner, this position will bring creative visions to life, drive customer traffic, boost revenue, and strengthen community connections. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented restaurant environment and is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management :
Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, interactive content that highlights our seafood, team, events, and Louisiana culture. Foster community interaction and keep the brand fresh and relevant to both longtime locals and new audiences.
Campaign Development & Execution :
Collaborate directly with the Owner to conceptualize, design, and launch unique marketing campaigns that align with his vision. Develop promotional initiatives that drive reservations, event attendance, and in-house traffic.
Merchandise & Collateral Creation :
Design and develop popular merchandise (apparel, souvenirs, etc.) and campaign materials (digital and print) that enhance brand visibility and generate additional revenue streams.
Digital Marketing & Revenue Generation :
Execute digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, and other tactics to build the business, attract new customers, and increase overall revenue.
Performance Tracking :
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, reach, conversion, website traffic, and ROI. Use data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the culinary, front-of-house, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support menu launches, special events, private dining, and daily operations.
Brand Stewardship :
Ensure all marketing materials maintain the integrity of our 50-year legacy while infusing modern creativity and energy. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or retail. Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar), and digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Experience creating merchandise and promotional collateral. Proven ability to track KPIs and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair and eye for visual storytelling. Passion for food, hospitality, and Louisiana culture is a big plus. Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, owner-operated environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
